Walking:)

Our baby girl is learning to walk!!! I am soooo proud of her and so amazed at the same time. She's turning into a little girl.

Swinging with daddy at our second family reunion this summer



This past Sunday in her dress for church:) I love it when we get that big 'ole open mouth smile!


Feeding herself...she knows what to do with the fork but of course it's faster to pick the food up with her hands:)
Kind of blurry but the point is...she's got shoes!!! We finally purchased these cute little tennis shoes and a pink dressy pair for church. She keeps them on, but every once in a while she tries and shake them off...ha!

Reunion 2009

We just got back from my family reunion and we had a good time. I love seeing family because we just sit around, talk, and hang out! Here are some of the pictures from the weekend's festivities.

E's Journal - August 2009

I am reading, reading, reading!!! I am so excited to get my brain working with books I actually want to read. Believe it or not, I don't think I've ever read for pleasure in my entire life.

Other than that I am trying to get my house in order...get rid of growing tree in backyard, get new water heater, re-do floor that got damaged from lots of rain last year, and paint DD's new room and furniture. It makes me tired just thinking about it.
